This past year has been an active one for Oak Park resident Bradley Schuller. In April, he sang excepts from Rossini's Stabat Mater. In March of 2006, Bradley performed the role of Rodolfo in La Boheme with American Opera Group, where he performed the role of the Duke of Mantua in Rigoletto last October. Also in October of 2005, Mr. Schuller tackled the challenging role of Laurie in Mark Adamo's Little Women at the Atheneum Theatre with Opera M.O.D.A. In June of 2005, Mr. Schuller enjoyed singing Alfredo in La Traviata, with Intimate Opera of Chicago. Also this past summer, Bradley went to Dierbach, Germany for an intensive training and performing program. In addition, over this past year, Bradley has also enjoyed performing in Opera Studio North's touring production of "Not Just Figaro", where he performed, among other places, at Ravinia's Martin Theatre.

Mr. Schuller has performed over 30 operatic roles, including Canio in I Pagliacci, Don Jose in Carmen, Hoffman in Tales of Hoffman, Tamino in Magic Flute, Nemorino in Elixir of Love, The Prince in Dvorak's Rusalka, Sam Kaplan in Kurt Weill's Street Scene, Alfred in Die Fledermaus, Camille in The Merry Widow, and Rinuccio in Gianni Schicchi.

In addition to opera, Bradley has sung as a soloist in a dozen orchestral works including: Mahler's Das Lied von der Erde, Stravinski's Les Noces, Britten's Serenade for Tenor, Horn and Strings, Brahms' Liebeslieder Walzer, and of course, everyone's favorite, The Messiah. In March of 2007, Bradley will be singing the tenor solo in Mozart's Requiem with the Symphony of Oak Park and River Forest.

Mr. Schuller has performed with 11 opera companies in the Chicago region - L'Opera Piccola, Light Opera Works, Du Page Opera Theatre, Highland Park Opera to name a few. Outside of Chicago, Mr. Schuller sang with Central City Opera for two seasons, and spent a summer in Urbania, Italy. Bradley enjoyed two years with Opera for the Young, touring throughout the midwest.
